Harwood Launches National Book Tour
Monday, September 19, 2005(The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation)Richard Harwood is launching his national book tour for Hope Unraveled at The Council on Foundations Community Foundation National Conference being held this week in Seattle. At 9 a.m. on Sept. 19, Harwood will discuss the themes of the book, and its implications for public philanthropy and the possibility of creating sustainable change in an era of retreat. Signed copies of the book will be available at the conference. Harwood will next travel to Las Vegas the week of Sept. 26 for a series of public events highlighting Hope Unraveled, and the Instituteís continuing work to build the Public Capital of Clark County.
