Learn more about how you can accelerate change
Monday, November 21, 2005
(The Harwood Institute for Public Innovation)The Harwood Institute’s nearly two decades of
research reveals that change occurs in small
steps, by individuals engaging in small civic
actions that add up over time. We call these
individuals – who are both idealistic and
highly pragmatic – public innovators. Our
work also shows that these public innovators
must exercise a core set of sensibilities and
practices in their daily work to be truly
effective at moving their organizations and
communities forward.
Want to learn
more? Then consider joining us for the Harwood
Public Innovators Lab. The lab is an intensely
focused, highly interactive experience where we
will expose you to the Harwood sensibilities
and practices and help you discover how to
activate them for yourself, your organization,
and your community. The four-day experience is
organized around a set of modules that
represent the most comprehensive collection of
our core frameworks to date. It is designed
particularly for those people who want to
expand and deepen their knowledge around
creating change.
Two labs have already
been scheduled for 2006. For more information,
