Rich to be a panelist in Kettering Foundation roundtable on Democracy's Challenge: Reclaiming the Public's Role

On Monday, November 13th, Rich will join a number of other esteemed panelists in a Roundtable discussion hosted by the Kettering Foundation in Washington.

The forum is centered around three themes:
